Clarkson College has not always been a college. Instead, we began in 1888 as a school of nursing—the first in the state of Nebraska. Over the last 125 years, we've established a new campus, expanded our program offerings and adopted a new name. All the while, we've maintained a commitment to preparing our students to be the best in various realms of health care. Clarkson College provides a variety of professional learning opportunities and health care courses. Our Basic Life Support, Medication and Nurse Aide courses can help individuals getting certified for the first time or needing renewal. These programs are either online or on campus with ongoing offerings year-round.

Payment Plan

Installment Payment Plan

The Installment Payment Plan allows the student to pay their tuition and fees balance in equal installments throughout the semester. Students can access the Installment Payment Plan through their Transact Payment Account. Contact the Student Accounts office at 402.552.6188 if you have questions.

Clarkson Deferral Plan (Previously referred to as COPPER)

The Clarkson Deferral Plan allows students who are employed by Nebraska Medicine and who qualify for tuition reimbursement to defer payment of tuition and fees for up to 60 days after grades are issued. The deferred balance must be less than or equal to a student's calendar year tuition reimbursement balance with Nebraska Medicine.

A Clarkson Deferral Form must be signed each semester and submitted to the Student Accounts Office before the first payment is due.

There is no payment plan fee to participate in the deferral plan.
