On-Campus Changes

Clarkson College is committed to the health and well-being of our students, faculty and staff, and our number one priority is the safety of the College community. To ensure that we meet these goals, we are making some procedural changes so that students have the support they need to successfully complete their semester coursework and clinical requirements.

At this time, the following changes are in effect. A student email and e2campus alert will be sent tomorrow, March 13, by noon notifying them of these changes.

  • Online courses will resume Monday, March 16, 2020.
  • Clinical rotations/preceptorships/externships for on-campus and online students will continue as planned until further notice.
  • On-campus classes/theory will resume in an online format starting Wednesday, March 18, 2020. On-campus faculty will need to move lecture material (handouts, recordings, required zoom meetings, etc.) to the online platform. Please see the CTE link on the COVID-19 web page for more information: http://kxdr.dos5.net/coronavirus/
  • All labs will resume on-campus beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Material from labs on Monday and Tuesday will be made up per standard course practices.

The Clarkson College campus is open, and all faculty and staff who typically report to campus should do so on Monday, March 16.

Any further modifications to this schedule will be communicated. Please plan to teach all theory classes online until the end of the semester, if necessary.

Again, thank you for your cooperation during these extenuating circumstances.

Sincerely,

Dr. Aubray Orduña
Interim President of Clarkson College
